University Advancement Office

The Office is to assist the President and Vice-Chancellor and the Associate Vice-President and Secretary-General of the Hong Kong Baptist University Foundation in the following areas of work:

1. Developing and implementing plans and projects for gift solicitations
2. Cultivation of effective relations with existing and potential donors
3. Providing administrative and secretarial support to the Hong Kong Baptist University Foundation
4. Organisation and co-ordination of fundraising activities
5. Dissemination of information relating to HKBU's fundraising efforts
6. Preparation of reports on fundraising activities
7. Development of an effective donor database
8. Production of promotional materials for University advancement projects
