Man Lung Garden
24 February 2005
Hong Kong Baptist University set up the Man Lung Garden, on Shaw Campus in July 2000, to promote the ancient Chinese art of Penjing. The Garden has been recently relocated to the University’s entrance at Kam Shing Road, Ho Sin Hang Campus. A ceremony was held on 24 February to mark the relocation of the Garden. Dr. Michael P. K. Wu, Secretary of the Wu Yee Sun Charitable Foundation Limited; and Professor Ng Ching-Fai, President and Vice-Chancellor officiated at the ceremony.
The event was well attended by representatives from the Wu Yee Sun Charitable Foundation Limited and Wing Lung Bank, supporters of HKBU, Court and Council members, as well as staff and students. The ceremony was delightful and guests were invited to tour the Man Lung Garden.
