浸大參與二零零五年香港花卉展覽

  

  香港浸會大學第四度參與由康樂及文化事務署舉辦的香港花卉展覽,展出文農學圃的盆景珍品,進一步推廣盆景藝術。此外,本校中醫藥學院轄下的中藥學會亦以「色香味中草藥」為主題參與是次花展,藉此提高市民大眾對藥用植物的認識。

  花卉展覽已於三月十一日開幕,氣氛熱鬧。不少參觀人士對本校的盆景及中草藥展品甚感興趣。希望各位教職員及同學,亦能與親友到場欣賞花展,並參觀本校的展品

HKBU Participates in Hong Kong Flower Show 2005

 

The University is participating in the Hong Kong Flower Show 2005 organised by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department.  For the 4th consecutive year, the University is exhibiting selected Penjings from the Man Lung Garden in the Flower Show in order to further promote the art of Penjing.  The Society of Chinese Materia Medica from our School of Chinese Medicine is also taking part in the Flower Show to introduce Chinese herbal medicine to the public.

The Flower Show opened on 11 March and it has been well attended and appreciated by the public. Many visitors have already shown great interest in the Penjings and Chinese herbal medicine displayed by the University. Members of the University community are welcome to visit the Flower Show and the booths of HKBU.

Ticketing Information:

Tickets are available at all Leisure Link Outlets until 20 March. Tickets will also be sold at Victoria Park throughout the show period.
