HKBU exhibits at Hong Kong Flower Show 2010

The University is participating in the Hong Kong Flower Show 2010 organised by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department.  For the 9th consecutive year, the University is exhibiting selected Penjings from the Man Lung Garden in the Flower Show in order to further promote the art of Penjing.

The theme of this year's flower show is "Fairy Tales of Flowers" and the theme flower is the Cineraria.  The Opening Ceremony of the show was held on 19 March 2010.  Members of the University community are welcome to visit the HKBU booths at the Flower Show, which is open till 28 March 2010.

Details of the Hong Kong Flower Show 2010 are as follows:

Exhibition Period             :    19  -  28 March 2010

Opening Hours                 :    9:00 am – 9:00 pm

Venue                                :    Victoria Park, Hong Kong

Admission Fees               :    Adults      HK$14

Children, students, senior citizens aged 60 or above and

              persons with a disability     HK$7

                                                From Monday to Friday (Except Public Holidays)

                                                -      Free admission for senior citizens and persons with a disability

                                                -      Adults in a group of 30 persons or above will be admitted at half rate
